Physiotherapy
Our Physiotherapy treatment style is active and fully supported, designed to get you stronger and improve your quality of life. Stop feeling frustrated and start moving forward! We are mental health aware, psychologically informed Physiotherapists that want to get to know the WHOLE you.

Small Group Training
Rebuild your connection to your body in our small group sessions. In our beautiful sun-filled studio, you will be guided through your individual program. Our programming is a combination of Pilates, Strength and Mobility with classes capped at 5 people.

Pilates
Rebuild your connection to your body in our Pilates sessions. A mindful movement practice that builds awareness and strength.
Through curiosity and play, you’ll explore the infinite ways your body can move.
Pregnancy and Postnatal Pilates also available.

Jaw & Voice Physiotherapy
TMJ related pain and dysfunction; clicking, locking, pain including associated headaches and migraines. Voice dysfunctions: Muscle Tension Dysphonia, Vocal Fatigue, Vocal Nodules, symptoms secondary to Vocal Fold pathologies, and Throat pain: Irritable Larynx syndrome, and Globus Pharyngeus.
