In our studio you will find…
Classical Pilates equipment that is sturdy, luxurious and provides an experience totally different to your average Reformer!
Kettlebells and dumbbells (if we want to go even heavier we can borrow from the gym downstairs as well!)
Balance beams, wobble and rocker boards
Bands, balls, skipping ropes and other fun stuff

Membership options
To help you with consistency and accountability our Membership options are all based on weekly sessions.
As with most things - the more you practice, the quicker and bigger changes you see.
Please note that only sessions with Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologists are claimable with Private Health Insurance
If you would like to check with your health fund your level of cover the codes used are:
560 - Group Physiotherapy (sessions with Alex, Phoebe or Shannon)
502 - Group Exercise Physiology (sessions with Emma)
Membership Terms and Conditions
Payments are taken out on a rolling weekly direct debit.
No lock-ins or minimum terms - place on hold whenever you need with two business days written notice to hello@aokkeepmoving.com
24hr cancellation policy is strictly adhered to
Unused sessions do not roll over into the next week
