Our Physiotherapists can help you plan your training to best prepare you for an upcoming event and decrease your risk of injury.
-
Our Physiotherapists LOVE helping you to get moving. With access to our upstairs studio, and downstairs gym, we have lots of options to find the perfect starting point for YOU.
-
Utilising the Strength by Numbers AxIT System our Physiotherapists can provide a comprehensive screening and assessment. This data can be used to assess injury risk, plan training to address those risks, and improve performance.
If you prefer to talk to someone before booking you can call us on 0466 686 230.
Your Initial Physio Session will include…
A long chat and lots of questions - we want to get to know the whole you, because we know you are more than your injury or “broken bits”
We’ll ask you questions about
the things that you enjoy and love to do
what has been helpful (and not so helpful) in the past
what you would like to be working towards
what is stopping from getting there right now?
We’ll look at your movement, and look for things that are working well for you, as well as things that we can work on to help you move towards your goals
We may assess in more detail any body parts that are of concern
Together we can choose a plan moving forward that best suits YOUR needs.
